Grocers & retail
Roast-dated, shelf-ready bags from a local Kentucky roaster your customers will recognize and reorder.
Why buyers choose Mountain Gap
- Consistency you can build a menu on. Same origins, same roast profiles, cup after cup — because it comes off one fluid-bed roaster, dialed by the same person every time.
- Air-roasted quality. We roast on a fluid-bed (air) roaster, which lifts the beans on hot air for a clean, even roast and clear, repeatable flavor.
- Roasted to order, twice a week. We don't pull wholesale bags off a warehouse shelf — we roast to your order on a set weekly schedule, so it leaves fresh.
- Roast-date stamped, every bag. You and your customers always know exactly how fresh the coffee is. No guessing, no mystery best-by games.
- Short lead times and a direct line to the roaster. No account portal purgatory. Questions, tweaks, and reorders go straight to me — usually answered within 1–2 business days.

Pricing & terms
Wholesale pricing scales with your volume — the more you move, the better it gets. Lead times follow our twice-weekly roast schedule, so orders are roasted fresh and turned around quickly rather than sitting on a shelf. We ship across Kentucky and the surrounding region. Rather than post one-size-fits-all numbers, we set your pricing and terms once we understand your account — volume, cadence, and what you're pouring. You'll see it all laid out in BeanLink before you commit to anything.
Mountain Gap is a working Kentucky roaster supplying cafes, offices, and retail shelves on a standing weekly schedule — the same coffee, roasted the same way, order after order. As accounts share their experience, you'll read it here.
Wholesale questions
Is there a minimum order?
Wholesale is built for businesses ordering regularly, not one-off bags. Rather than a fixed public number, we set a minimum that fits your volume and cadence during onboarding — we'll walk through it together when you apply through BeanLink.
How much does wholesale coffee cost?
Wholesale pricing scales with volume — larger and more frequent orders earn better pricing. We share your specific pricing once we understand your account, and you'll see it all in BeanLink before you commit.
How fresh is the coffee, and what's the lead time?
We air-roast to order twice a week and stamp every bag with its roast date, so wholesale coffee ships fresh rather than off a shelf. Lead times follow that roast schedule; we'll confirm the timing for your orders when we set you up.
Where do you ship?
We supply cafes, offices, restaurants, and grocers across Kentucky and the surrounding region — including London, Corbin, Somerset, Lexington, and Louisville. Not sure if you're in range? Ask us and we'll let you know.
How do I open a wholesale account?
Apply through BeanLink, our wholesale platform. Tell us about your business, and we'll reply within 1–2 business days to talk through fit, volume, and cadence before getting you set up to order.
